 Objective:

• This charter seeks to provide a framework which enables our users to know different types  of  Services available  in the  hospital.
• This is a Medical College and Hospital for teaching & education and  patient care.
• It provides medical care to all patients who come to the hospital.Several free welfare schemes of  the Govt. Of Odisha are available in the hospital which gives great support to the health care of the weaker sections of the society.

OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENTS:

Timings: 9 AM to 5 p.m .

• The Outpatient seeking treatment at our hospital is registered prior to the consultation. A patient case sheet is generated electronically for recording history, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment provided.
• For every new patient a new registration no. is  generated

General medicine,surgery,orthopaedics,dental services,dermatology,chest diseaseOPds are available in the OPD block while Obs. And Gyn .and Pediatrics services are available in the MCH building which also houses  the in patients of these departments.Psychiatr y OPD and counselling facilities are available on the first floor of the main indoor building.ENT and Eye OPD and  indoor services are  available as independent  blocks. .

IN-PATIENTS DEPARTMENTS:

There are nealy 320 beds available in various departments which does  not include 10 beds in casualty,a total of 25 beds in ICU,ICCU,PICU,SNCU and SICU.

LABORATORY SERVICES:

• Round the clock pathological and Biochemical services are available in the hospital.
• Casualty section has portable X-ray facility.
• Radiology department  has CT Scan, X-Ray and Ultrasound facilities besides special x rays like barium meal,etc.
• The pharmacy section is called  NIRAMAYA-A Govt. sponsored scheme where more than 140 types of drugs are freely available.Generic prescriptions are followed.
• Well equipped air conditioned major OTs and minor OTs  are available.
• Blood bank facilities with blood cell components are available round the clock.
• Canteen facilities to doctors and patient attendants are available in the hospital premises.
• Adequate ambulance services and vehicle for carriage of dead bodies are available.
• Post office facilities is available inside the hospital campus.
• There is 24 hrs. Power back up with lift facilities.
• The Hospital functions  almost in the central part of  the township with easy access by bus,auto rickshaws.
